What are your preferred days?

(please give 1 weeks advance notice for any changes in your monthly plan if on a semester plan)

For Future Commitments:

🔹 Semester Commitment ($18/hr)

– Parents commit to a consistent weekly schedule (3, 4, or 5 days) for the entire semester (changes can be made in special circumstances).

– Schedule is locked in and billed monthly based on chosen days.

– No refunds or makeups for absences, but one grace credit per semester is allowed for emergencies.

🔹 Monthly Commitment ($20/hr)

– Parents choose their consistent weekly days (e.g., Mon/Wed/Fri) each month.

– Days must be submitted by the 25th of the prior month.

– Schedule remains the same throughout the month with no mid-week swaps.

– Emergency changes may be accommodated with 48 hours’ notice, space permitting.

– No refunds or makeups for missed days.
